Mandag: 15 min dynamic yoga, 10 min meditation

 

Tirsdag:

 

Onsdag: Balder uden buler, dag 3, uge 2 (runde 2), 5 min meditation

 

Torsdag: Dynamic yoga 15 min, 5 min meditation

 

Fredag: Balder dag 4, uge 2 (runde 2)

 

Lørdag: Dynamisk hatha kl. 10

 

Søndag: Balder uden buler dag 1, uge 3
