Onsdag: 20 min meditation, 10 min dynamic yoga

Torsdag: 20 min meditation, Balder dag 1, uge 3

Fredag: 20 min meditation, Balder dag 2, uge 3

Lørdag: 20 min meditation, 5 min dynamic yoga

Søndag: 20 min meditation
