Tirsdag: 20 min meditation, 5 min dynamic yoga, Dynamic yoga i Kbh. Yoga

Onsdag: 29 min meditation, 6 min dynamic yoga, kb-swings (12 kg: 5x 15 sek. arb, 15 sek. hvile)

Torsdag: Hatha yoga

Fredag: 20 min meditation, 14 min dynamic yoga, kb swings (12 kg: 5x 15 sek. arb, 15 sek. hvile)

Lørdag: 20 min meditation, 5 min dynamic yoga

Søndag: 20 min meditation, 5 min dynamic yoga
