Mandag: 20 min meditation, 10 min dynamic yoga, kb-swings (12 kg: 5 runder af 15 sek. arbejde, 15 sek. hvile), Blid yoga kl. 19 @ Yogacentralen 

Tirsdag: 20 min meditation, 6 min dynamic yoga

Onsdag: 21 min meditation, 13 min dynamic yoga, kb-swings (12 kg: 4 runder af 15 sek. arbejde, 15 sek. hvile)

Torsdag: 22 min meditation

Fredag: 23 min meditation, 6 min dynamic yoga, Hatha yoga I kl 15.30 @ Kbh. Yoga

Lørdag: 16 min meditation + 8 min meditation, 8 min dynamic yoga

Søndag: 25 min meditation, 5 min dynamic yoga, Open gym
