Tirsdag: 20 min meditation, 6 min dynamic yoga 

Onsdag: 20 min meditation, Relax kl. 10.30

Torsdag: 20 min meditation, 5 min dynamic yoga  1200x kl. 16 – SIDSTE GANG

Fredag: 20 min meditation

Lørdag: 20 min meditation, 15 min dynamic yoga

Søndag: 20 min meditation, 13 min dynamic yoga
