Onsdag: 20 min. meditation, 10 min dynamic yoga

Torsdag: 20 min. meditation1200x kl. 16.30 – AFLYST

Fredag: 20 min. meditation, 6 min dynamic yoga, 1200x kl. 17 – AFLYST

Lørdag: 20 min. meditation, 21 min dynamic yoga 

Søndag: 20 min. meditation (hjemme) + 10 min. meditation (hjemme) + 30 min. meditation (hos Mindfulness Terapi & Yoga), 11 min dynamic yoga
