Lørdag: 16 min. meditation, i alt 6 timers dynamic yoga
Søndag: 13 min. meditation, 3,5 timers dynamic yoga

Kondition: Not so good
Yoga: Ret godt
Styrke: Ok
Meditation: Ret godt
