Uges træning

Uge 14:

Mandag: Iyengar yoga + 10 push ups
Onsdag: 11 push ups
Torsdag: Hatha yoga & meditation
Fredag: 12-6-3 push ups (fordelt over hele dagen)
Lørdag: Mobilitet
Søndag: 13-7-5-5-3 (albuer ind til siden)-5 push ups (fordelt over hele dagen)

Droppede mobilitet i dag.

Er ganske tilfreds. Især er det rart at være igang med push ups igen 🙂
