Mobilitet med Pernille blev desværre aflyst, men så tog jeg selv til Open gym og lavede dette:

Ledopvarmning
10 air squats
10 lunges

2 runder af:

5 oh squats (2,5 kg)
6 oh lunges (2,5 kg)

3 runder

1 chin up
3 push ups
6 goblet squat (8 kg)
10 kb russian swings (12 kg)

Max chin ups:  2
Max push ups : 10
alternativ plank (fys-øvelse): 1 x 10
