Mandag 24. juli:

Chin ups: 2-3-1-2-1
Pull ups: 1

Tirsdag 25. juli:

Push ups: 10-8-6-4-2

Fredag 27. juli:

Chin ups: 3-3-1-1-2
Pull ups: 1

Push ups: 12-10-8-6-4-2
